Beginning endocervical cancer (adenocarcinoma in situ). Immunohistochemistry with anti P16 antibody and revelation by DAB (diaminobenzidin): The cancerous cells appear marked in dark brown on the base of the epithelium (top) and in the glands (bottom), the lamina propria appears in bluish-gray.
