Fibrodysplasia ossificans progressiva (Münchmeyer disease or stoneman disease). Progressive ossification of fibrous tissues, especially muscles, tendons and ligaments, leading to blockage of the joints. In this image: ossified muscles tissue implanted on the right posterior iliac crest (white). Also note the hypotrophy of the iliac wings.
