Shedding of mediterranean sea urchins (Paracentrotus lividus) induced by injection of a stimulatory chemical. They are placed, mouth upward, on beakers filled with sea water. Sperm (white) and eggs (orange) are emitted through the genital pores and accumulate at the bottom of the beakers.
