Reptile fossil, pterosaur: Pteranodon ingens. With a wingspan of 6 to 8 m, for a little over 2 m long, and a mass of 20 kg, the pterosaur had a body the size of a turkey. This flying reptile was carnivorous and feed on small fish swallowed directly (no teeth). Late Cretaceous, 70 million years (Kansas USA).
